Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Visits Saudi Arabia for High-Level Discussions

  Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Riyadh today for a two-day official visit to Saudi Arabia, marking another chapter in the enduring partnership between the two nations. UAE and WHO collaborated to evacuate Palestinians.

  United Arab Emirates in partnership with World Health Organisation (WHO) has launched a humanitarian mission to providing de critical medical assistance to Palestinian from Gaza. This initiative is it a response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis involving the urgent evacuation of severely injured and ill individuals to Abu Dhabi for advanced medical treatment. A total of 148 Palestinian are about to be evacuated out of which 85 are severely injured.   The operation known as operation gallant Knight 3, is a broader vision of UAE humanitarian campaign to support those who are affected by the conflict in Gaza. Pakistan tightens social media control.

  Pakistan has continued to experience significant restrictions on social media platforms including facebook, amid escalating political tensions and protests. Eight Security Personnel Martyred in Suicide Blast at Bannu Cantonment

  In a tragic incident on july 15, 2024 eight security personnel were martyred in a suicide targeting in Bannu Cantonment in Pakistan. The attack carried out by The Hafiz Gul Bahadur group, involved ten terrorists who attempted to infiltrate the cantonment. When their entry was thwarted by the vigilant security forces, they denoted an explosive-laden vehical against the perimeter wall, causing significant damage and the loss of eight brave soldiers.   The martyred soldiers were identified as Naib Subedar Muhammad Shehzad, Havildar Zil-e-Hussain, Havildar Shahzad Ahmed, Sepoy Ashfaq Hussain Khan, Sepoy Sobhan Majeed, Sepoy Imtiaz Khan, Sepoy Arsalan Aslam, and Lance Naik Sabz Ali.
