Hasan Nawaz Shines with Record-Breaking Century in T20



In an exciting game of cricket, Hasan Nawaz stole the limelight by hitting a record-breaking first century for Pakistan in the third T20 game against New Zealand. The game was played in Auckland, where Nawaz's explosive innings brought Pakistan a nine-wicket win, keeping the series alive following two earlier losses.


Nawaz, whose start to his international career with ducks in the first two matches was nothing to write home about, bounced back in spectacular style by making 105 not out off a mere 44 balls. This sensational innings featured 10 fours and 7 sixes, becoming the quickest century by a Pakistani player in T20 internationals, bettering Babar Azam's earlier record.


The Pakistani run chase was nothing short of exceptional, chasing 207 runs within 16 overs. Another opening batsman, Mohammad Haris, was in great form too, with his 20-ball 41, while skipper Salman Agha ended his innings at an unbeaten 51 from 31 deliveries. New Zealand earlier had laid the foundation with an imposing total after Mark Chapman brought up his century in quick 94 runs when the side were bowled out in their 20th and last over.


This win not only improves Pakistan's confidence in the series but also emphasizes the capabilities of young players like Hasan Nawaz, who are key to the team's success in the future.
