Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar is gearing up for a diplomatic journey to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where he will participate in the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) summit on November 8–9. The summit is poised to be a platform for Pakistan to reassert its dedication to the ECO Vision 2025, focusing on bolstering regional cooperation in trade, transport, energy, tourism, economic growth & productivity.
During the two-day summit, The Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar aims to articulate Pakistan’s vision for the future endeavors of the organization, emphasizing the importance of regional connectivity and mutual prosperity. The caretaker prime minister is scheduled to engage in bilateral discussions with leaders from Uzbekistan & other participating nations, fostering collaboration on a spectrum of issues.
As a founding member of the ECO, Pakistan remains steadfast in its commitment to the organization’s goals. This diplomatic endeavor follows in the footsteps of former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, who attended the 26th ECO Council of Ministers meeting in Tashkent earlier this year.
